# Illinois SB 2989 (98th) — SCH CD-PSYCHOLOGIST-PRINCIPAL

Amends the School Code. With respect to the definition of "school psychologist" in the Children with Disabilities Article, allows a psychologist who holds a valid Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certificate and has such additional qualifications as may be required by the State Board of Education to meet the definition of school psychologist.
