# Illinois SB 3056 (98th) — MWRD-RESOURCE RECOVERY

Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that the district may sell or otherwise dispose of recovered resources or renewable energy resources resulting from the operation of district facilities.
