# Illinois HB 1377 (99th) — VEH CD-IGNITION INTERLOCK USE

||
|
||
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that whenever the Secretary of State issues an administrative order requiring the use of an ignition interlock device, a driver's license containing an ignition interlock device restriction shall be issued. Requires the administrative order to set forth the duration of the restriction and any other applicable terms and conditions.
