# Illinois HB 4387 (99th) — PILOT LICENSE REGISTRATION

Amends the Illinois Aeronautics Act. Removes provisions requiring airmen to register a federal license, certificate, or permit with the Division of Aeronautics of the Department of Transportation and obtain a State certificate of registration to operate an aircraft within this State.
