# Illinois HB 6030 (99th) — PEN CD-DECEASED ANNUITANTS

||
|
||
Amends the General Provisions Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Requires every pension fund or retirement system under the Code to develop and implement, by no later than June 30, 2017, a process to identify annuitants who are deceased.
