# Illinois SB 1424 (99th) — VEH CD-WASTE SERVICE VEHICLE
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that no person shall drive a motor vehicle and meet or overtake from either direction a stopped waste service vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour. Provides for the circumstances in which the 15 mile per hour speed limitation on passing waste service vehicles shall apply.
