# Indiana SB 193 (2025) — Inspection of CFOs.

Requires the department of environmental management (department) to conduct an onsite inspection of a confined feeding operation (CFO) once within 45 days of an initial approval and once within 90 days of a renewal of an approval to verify compliance with certain requirements.
