Requires Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission retail licensees to maintain invoices of alcoholic beverage deliveries. Includes in the definition of "alcoholic beverages" items containing one-half of one percent or more alcohol by volume. Removes the requirement to submit a specified report to the commission. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
