Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act;required disclosures; radon gas. Requires the owner of residentialreal property located in any locality classified as Zone 1 or Zone2 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Map of Radon Zones to disclose to the purchaser the zone classification of theproperty and provide resources to the purchaser that can be usedto evaluate the risks associated with radon gas, including links tothe EPA's radon information website and the Virginia Department ofHealth's Indoor Radon Program website.
