Criminal Justice Services Board; Committee onTraining; membership and responsibilities. Changes the membershipof the Criminal Justice Services Board and its Committee on Training by requiring that some members be representatives of a civil rights organization, representatives of community interests of minorities,and representatives of a mental health service provider.
