# Virginia HB 1329 (2022) — Sexual assault; pediatric survivors.

Pediatric survivors of sexual assault; Task Force on Services for Survivors of Sexual Assault. Expands from under 13 years of age to under 18 years of age the age range of the pediatric survivors of sexual assault for whom each hospital must develop a plan for providing either pediatric sexual assault survivor treatment services or transfer services to an approved pediatric health care facility.
