# Virginia SB 1221 (2025) — Public housing authorities; indigent parties, unlawful detainer.

Public housing authorities; indigent parties; unlawful detainer. Exempts indigent defendants from having to post an appeal bond in unlawful detainer actions brought by a public housing authority.
