# Virginia HB 1469 (2026) — Transportation network company partners; requirements and background screening.

TNC partners; requirements and background screening. Changes the requirements for background screening of a transportation network company (TNC) partner to specify that background checks are not to be limited to a specific period of time, except as required by law, and shall include all addresses at which such TNC partner has resided since the age of 18.
