# 21 U.S.C. § 964 - Additional penalties
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
Any penalty imposed for violation of this subchapter shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
|
||
|
