Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, Pub. L. 87–235, § 3, Sept. 14, 1961, 75 Stat. 508, which related to per capita distribution to tribal members out of funds appropriated to pay a judgment dated Feb. 11, 1960, and provided for tax exemption of the funds so distributed, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
