Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. L. 104–293, title III, § 304, Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3464; Pub. L. 105–107, title III, § 304, Nov. 20, 1997, 111 Stat. 2252; Pub. L. 105–272, title III, § 303, Oct. 20, 1998, 112 Stat. 2400, provided that this subchapter would cease to be effective on Jan. 6, 2000.
