# Illinois HB 3779 (103rd) — CD CORR-NOTICE WORK RELEASE
|
||
|
||
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the 15-day notification requirement to the State's Attorney and Sheriff of the county in which a work release facility is located that a committed person is being placed in a work release facility does not apply to individuals required to be housed outside the penitentiary system.
