# Illinois HB 1132 (96th) — DCFS-CHILD ABUSE-REPORT-NOTICE

||

||
Amends the Children and Family Services Act and the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that these amendatory changes may be cited as the Child Abuse Registry Accuracy and Fairness Act of 2009. Provides that notice to subjects of a report of suspected child abuse or neglect shall be served via personal delivery (verified by the subject's signature) or certified mail, and sets forth the required contents of the notice.
