Makes it a Class 4 felony for a person with a restricted driving permit that requires operation of a vehicle with an ignition interlock device to operate a vehicle without one."

# Illinois HB 1446 (99th) — VEH CD-RESTRICT DRIVING PERMIT

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.
