# Illinois HB 4309 (100th) — FRAIL INDIVIDUALS-VISITATION

||

||
Creates the Frail Individual Family Visitation Protection Act. Provides that the Act may be referred to as the Kasem/Baksys Visitation Law. Defines "frail individual" and other terms.
