# Illinois HB 1338 (97th) — IMMUNIZATION DATA REGISTRY ACT

Creates the Immunization Data Registry Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health may develop and maintain an immunization data registry to collect, store, analyze, release, and report immunization data.
