Repeals provisions establishing the Schedule II controlled substance prescription monitoring program. Makes other changes. Effective January 1, 2008."

# Illinois SB 30 (95th) — CONTROLLED SUBST-MONITORING
Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.
