# Illinois HB 3257 (97th) — PAYDAY LOAN - SERVICEMEMBERS
Amends the Payday Loan Reform Act. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law, a violation of any provision of Section 670 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007, Public Law 109-364, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto shall be deemed to be a violation of the Payday Loan Reform Act.
