Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 239l–3 - Funding
|

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
Beginning with fiscal year 2010, the Secretary shall transfer from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund such sums as may be necessary to carry out this part.
|
||
|

Transfer of Appropriated FundsPub. L. 112–10, div. B, title VIII, § 1828, Apr. 15, 2011, 125 Stat. 162, provided that: “Hereafter, no funds appropriated by this division or by any previous or subsequent Act shall be available for transfer under section 274 [42 U.S.C. 239l–3] of the PHS Act [Public Health Service Act].”
